An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. y388 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance charge of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts. Players will be notified via their registered contact details prior to any such charge being applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 consecutive months may be closed.
y388 accepts deposits via the following payment channels in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank online transfer. y388 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is neither offered nor required — all account balances are maintained natively in PKR.
The minimum deposit amount on y388 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by y388; however, your payment provider's own transaction limits may apply. y388 bears no responsibility for transaction limits imposed by third-party payment processors.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your y388 account balance in real time. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business hour to reflect, subject to interbank processing times. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact y388 support with your transaction reference number.
y388 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
y388 is not responsible for deposits that fail to complete due to issues at the payment provider's end, insufficient funds, or incorrect payment references entered by the Player. Players should retain all transaction receipts and reference numbers as evidence of any deposit attempt.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the Account holder. y388 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.3.
y388 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within the same business day. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or public holidays in Pakistan will be processed on the next available business day. Processing times are subject to the payment provider's own settlement timelines, which are outside y388's control.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum requirement. There is no fee charged by y388 on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are only eligible for withdrawal after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by y388 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus provisions. Where any conflict exists between promotional-specific terms and these general provisions, the promotional-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus amounts credited to a y388 account carry a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus value before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots and instant-win games typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; sports bets contribute 100% of settled stakes.
Bonuses that are not activated within seven (7) calendar days of being credited will expire and be automatically removed from your account. Once activated, the Wagering Requirement must be completed within thirty (30) days. Incomplete wagering after the validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. A subsequent bonus cannot be activated until the current bonus has either been fully wagered or has expired. y388 is not responsible for any bonuses that expire during this period.
All games offered on the y388 Platform are powered by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer studios operating under certified procedures. y388 does not manipulate game outcomes. The results of all games are determined independently and cannot be influenced by y388 or any Player.
y388 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. In sports betting, bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided if they were accepted due to a system error or data delay. Bets placed on events whose outcomes were already determined at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game interface. y388 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Player account at any time, particularly where stake patterns suggest matched betting, arbitrage, or other forms of systematic exploitation.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system malfunction during a gaming session, y388 will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome of the interrupted round using available server-side data. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance. y388 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
y388's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their y388 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
y388 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. y388 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
